A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. A consultation can help us discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
Finding the right therapist matters, and I want you to feel comfortable and supported in making that decision.

Many people seek therapy not because they are in crisis, but because they want more than simply getting by.
Therapy may be helpful if you find yourself:
Feeling anxious, stressed, or emotionally overwhelmed
Struggling with perfectionism, self-criticism, or people-pleasing
Having difficulty with relationships, trust, or boundaries
Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
Repeating patterns that no longer serve you
Wanting greater self-understanding, healing, or personal growth
Seeking therapy is not a sign that something is wrong with you. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change. You don't have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out for support.

Getting started is simple. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help determine whether we're a good fit for working together. During this call, we'll briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain from the process, and answer any questions you may have about my approach.
If it feels like a good fit, we can schedule your initial assessment and begin working toward your goals. I strive to make the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
